REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. At Landcrafted Food, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we want to hear from you. Please contact Customer Service with any concern. Our Refund policy is detailed below.
  2. Eligibility: Our Meat Sticks are considered Perishable and aren’t eligible for return. However, refunds may be offered in certain circumstances, (see "Damaged, Defective or Incorrect items" below).
    Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you receive is damaged or defective, or the incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  3. Refund & Replacement Process: To initiate a refund or product replacement, please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing orders@landcraftedfood.com. Include the order number, the reason for your request and picture(s), if applicable. Our Customer Service Team will respond as soon as possible to find a resolution.
  4. Refunds: If a Refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5-7 business days.
  5. Replacements: If you are offered a Replacement Product, we will process a replacement order on your account and ship the product to the original order address, unless you request a change. Your replacement product should arrive within 7-10 days of you accepting the offer. You will receive order notifications, including shipping information for the order.
